We needed a sauce that's good for the BBQ, despite the weather this summer. So a blend of spice, smoking flavour, sweetness with heat & finally a citrus kick......
Hey why not use figs was the suggestion they're super sweet, and so this Concept sauce was born. The figs, roasted Habanero and limes are fermented for 3 weeks and then brewed with the other ingerdients.
We tried this on homemade burgers, oh wow, we've created our 1st BBQ sauce with kick.
