Peach of a shot is a fermented version and trust us it's good. The Scotch Bonnet peppers, garlic, onion and peaches are fermented for a minimum of 2 weeks before then being slowly cooked with other ingredients.
It is nice and sweet, and it has that awesome FIERY kick from the Scotch Bonnet peppers that we all love. Scotch Bonnet peppers have an inherent fruitiness that is complemented by the peaches, making this a truly killer combination. I think it's our best sauce.......
