We roast the homegrown Japapeno slowly for over an hour, this releases all those amazing flavours in the peppers.
This is one of the most addicting hot sauces we have ever made. Not too spicy, but just enough, and it goes with just about everything. A great table sauce. Imagine Tomato sauce with a tingle and heaps more flavour than Tabsoco or even that Heinz stuff.
Enjoy for up to few months easily in the fridge, or even longer.
